Online Store Return Policy:
Return/Exchange: We want to you to love your purchase. So, if you are not happy, have a question, or need some advice or help, email us with any questions, we will try our best to help. Refunds or Exchanges will be granted within 30 days of purchase.
The following items are FINAL SALE: We want everyone to be happy, but unfortunately, we have to follow some rules. The following items are final sale: Nail Polish, Hairbrushes, Hair Clips, Wigs, Hair Extensions, Cosmetics and/or any personal implements.
Returns: Refunds on Appliance must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Appliance must be unused, unopened and in re-sellable condition to qualify for a Refund. We reserve the right to determine if a product was used or opened.
Exchanges: If appliance is defective or malfunctions it may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, contact the manufacturer directly for repair or exchange. Manufacturer’s warranty information is present inside the box.
Any additional or further warranty issues must be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty.
Returning your Order:
All Returns and Exchanges require an RMA#! A Return Merchandise Authorization Number will be generated to you when you email or call us requesting to return or exchange a product purchased.
If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 5 days of the delivery date and provide a photo of the defective item.
If we made a mistake with your order, we will cover all shipping and handling back to us.
Any Online purchase may be returned or exchanged at our retail location. Our Online Return/Exchange policy is enforced at our retail location.

* Standard Shipping: Beauty Club Salon will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.
Orders received after 12PM EST or on Saturday and Sunday are normally processed in 2-3 business days.
Orders Shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands are calculated at checkout and may require additional time to be delivered.
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Packages do not ship on the following holidays:
